This standard defines the minimum requirements of the Quality Management System, focusing on proper structuring of business processes, oriented to ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of consistent quality.

CCPB - ORGANIC CERTIFICATION

Certification based on Regulation (EU) 2018/848 on organic production and labelling of organic products.
It ensures the traceability of raw materials, their organic origin, the absence of GMOs, and that crops are free from of pesticides or chemical agents.

A standard that establishes the rules and procedures to be adopted to implement and manage an efficient Environmental Management System (EMS). Its primary objective is to reduce the impact of the company’s activities on the surrounding environment.

A standard that sets out the general requirements for testing laboratories to achieve both managerial and technical accreditation, ensuring transparency, impartiality and integrity for clients.
This accreditation is the formal recognition issued by ACCREDIA (the Italian Accreditation System). It is based on the verification of the laboratory’s technical competence to perform specific tests or certain types of tests, as well as on the evaluation of the laboratory’s own quality system, with the aim of fostering customer confidence.
The accreditation issued by ACCREDIA helps in reducing technical barriers to international trade, as ACCREDIA has entered into mutual recognition and/or reciprocity agreements with similar organizations in other countries.

Certification related to products for coeliacs for selling certified gluten-free products, it proves that the Ozzano Taro plant complies with the requirements of the Disciplinary Regulations for the use of the registered Crossed Grain trademark AOECS Standard for Gluten-Free Foods.

AOECS

AOECS (Association Of European Coeliac Societies), founded in 1988, is an organization for coeliac disease associations across European countries, and this certification allows gluten-free products to be sold.

STAR-K KOSHER CERTIFICATION

This is one of the most important certifications related to the Kosher world, certifying that Delverde pasta is also suitable for consumption by consumers of the Jewish religion, as it complies with the Kosher dietray rules.

ORGANIC CERTIFICATIONS - non-EU markets

For non-EU markets, Delverde pasta also holds IBD (Brazil) and JAS (Japan) certifications, while for the United States (U.S.) there is an equivalence agreement in place between the EU and the U.S. for the use of the USDA ORGANIC logo.
