Method
Wash the peaches and cut them into thick slices without removing the skin, and grill them for a few minutes on each side.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with a drizzle of oil, a few drops of lemon juice, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Stir until it reaches the consistency of a cream and spread it on croutons.
Place two slices of peach on top of the ricotta for each crostino, add a slice of ham, and half a walnut.
Before serving, drizzle the Delverde Crostino Dorato with honey and garnish with thyme.
