Method
PREPARATION OF PASTA WITH PISTACHIO
In a blender, put the pistachios, basil, cheese, and oil.
Blend until thick and grainy mixture and keep it aside.
For a more intense colorr, remove the pistachios skins before blending.
BÉCHAMEL PREPARATION
In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add the sifted flour, and mix with a whisk until the mixture thickens with a hazelnut colorr.
Add warm milk, stirring until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat, add salt, nutmeg and incorporate the pasta with pistachio.
COOKING
Once the water boils, salt it and cook the Delverde Mezzi Tufoli for 4-5 minutes (2-3 minutes less than the time indicated on the package).
Lightly butter a baking dish, add the well-drained pasta, and béchamel sauce, pepper, speck, and diced mozzarella.
Mix well, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the middle part of the oven at 180°C (fan-assisted) for 10 minutes
For the last 5 minutes, move the baking dish to the top rack of the oven and switch on the grill function.
Remove from the oven, top with pistachio granules, and serve at the table. Delicious, creative and ready to delight your guests!
