150 g Delverde pasta mista
400 g canned borlotti beans
1 carrot
2 long tomatoes
1/2 golden onion
q.b. fresh parsley
q.b. extra virgin olive oil
q.b. salt
q.b. pepper

Method

In a large deep frying pan, sauté the chopped onion with the previously cleaned and chopped carrots and tomatoes.
Add the coarsely chopped parsley.
After a couple of minutes, add the beans, a glass of water and salt. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add another glass of water and pour in the Delverde pasta mista.
Stir, adding hot water, one tablespoon at a time, waiting until the previously added water is completely absorbed.
After about 15 minutes, try to taste it: the pasta should be cooked al dente, and the sauce should have reached a thick and creamy consistency.
Serve hot, not forgetting to add a sprinkle of pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
